I completed my training as a kinesiologist with great enthusiasm. I am following my passion for kinesiology, which I discovered at an early age. Kinesiology is a wonderful method for both adults and children: it can restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit when dealing with physical complaints and blockages, and enhance well-being.

In my practice, I offer a wide range of techniques and methods to help you cope with stress, physical ailments, and emotional blockages.

It is important to me to treat each of my clients individually and holistically. This includes approaching you with openness and supporting you empathetically on your journey.

"Praxis Inspira" is located on Lake Sempach and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The beautiful lakeside promenade along Lake Sempach invites you to take a walk or relax before and after your session.
